Customer information clause

in connection with the conclusion of a contract for participation in a tourist event

In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the RODO, I inform you that:

1) the controller of your personal data is MOTOpodrozni.pl sp. z o.o. with registered office at 32A Okrężna St., 87-700 Stawki, registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Bydgoszcz XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number 0000727110, NIP 562-180-91-41, REGON 369936856;

2) Your personal data such as: name, surname, PESEL, series and number of identity document, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number, will be processed for the purpose related to the performance of the contract for participation in the tourist event;

3) The recipient of your personal data is MOTOpodrozni.pl sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 32A Okrężna Street, 87-700 Stawki, and entities cooperating with the aforementioned company in the performance of its contractual obligations;

4) Your personal data will not/will not be transferred to a third country/international organization;

5) Your personal data will be stored until the end of the Tourist Event. The Company reserves the right to process your data after the end of the Tourist Event solely for the purpose of pursuing possible claims before a court or other authority;

6) You have the right:

access to the content of your data and their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal. Exercise of the above rights, including withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data is possible by sending a message to the e-mail address: admin@motopodrozni.pl or by regular mail to: 32A Okrężna Street, 87-700 Stawki;

7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO;

8) Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of performing the contract.
