WHAT IS THIS JOURNEY?
It is a tourist trip, by definition focused on getting to know the country, interesting places and local culture. The first of several more planned in a motorized, group formula on 2 and 4 wheels. There are no stunt elements in the event, including rivalry and competition. Participants travel as a group, spend time as a group, support and help each other. The main emphasis in the organization has been on selecting destinations with high tourist appeal, ensuring a balance between travel time and stationary time, and creating conditions for establishing good relationships between participants, while taking care to maintain the expected privacy.
WHAT IS THE PLAN IN SHORT (hypothetical, based on archival trips)?
Departure from Poland (WAW) on Thursday With landing in HaNoi the next day (connecting flight WAW-HAN departure 15:45, landing 12:10+6h). Transfer from the airport to the hotel, pick up motorcycles and van with driver, acclimatization. Take off the next day, each ride less than 250km, a lot of attractions: passes, cities, pagodas, crops, factories, temples, historical sites, meetings with local communities, local cuisine, local craft workshops, folklore. Return flight on the 14th day of stay on Thursday From Ho Chi Minh with landing in Warsaw the next day (departure from SGN 19:20, landing in WAW 13:55-6h) .
WHAT IS THE FORMULA?
Participants arrive by flight at their own expense and organization (we provide support in the selection and purchase of airline tickets, support group purchase - min. 10 people in a group from/to the same place of departure/return). The program of the stay takes into account the needs of tourism and leisure - the passage along the designated route and the implementation of the program points will be carried out in a group formula, for which the organizers have provided directing persons (pilots-group leaders). Participants will receive at their disposal and in accordance with their own reservation statement means of transport in the form of motorcycles, or a van with a driver and a service vehicle, which will also serve as a luggage vehicle.
For each 8-16-person tourist group, 1 pilot-expedition leader will be assigned, responsible for efficient organization in the group, leading the group along the designated route, implementation of the planned program, communication and coordination with other groups and the organizer, translation support at tourist sites, and additionally 1 pilot closing the group (Participants, for their own safety, will move in a compact group between the leading and closing pilot). Groups will move at their own pace with assigned pilots, and consolidation of groups will take place at designated places of organization of the common part (places of tourist attractions, accommodation, checkpoints).
