Introduction

Natural, raw, still wild and unspoiled by the onslaught of civilization, a fairy-tale and beautiful world at your fingertips - Scandinavia lying on a rocky peninsula with a place in the far north, described by travelers as the Roof of the World, where the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Arctic Ocean mix.... Northern Cape - Nordkapp... It is here, for a period of two and a half months, that the sun does not set at all. There are few attractions that enjoy such fame. And although it is by no means in the middle of Europe and not at all easy to get here, it is visited every year by more than 200,000 tourists from all over the world....

In transit to the destination overnight ferry cruise on the route Gdansk - Nynäshamn, crossing the national roads of Sweden and Finland, carefully selected stopping places, accommodation, camping. At the destination - Norway - a unique crossing route with Nordkapp, Narvik, Lofoten, Trondheim, Atlantic Road, Trolls' Road and the king of Norwegian fjords - Geiranger ...

UPDATE

WHAT IS THE PROPOSAL AND FOR WHOM?

It is a tourist trip, by definition, focused on getting to know the country, interesting places and local culture. Another of the 4-wheel stationary tour formula implemented in this destination. Participants travel in a group, spending organized time under the supervision of a pilot/guide, and free time according to their own preferences, nurturing good relationships and supporting each other. The main emphasis of the organization is on selecting destinations with high tourist appeal, ensuring a balance between travel time and stationary time, and creating conditions for establishing good relationships between participants, while taking care to maintain the expected privacy.

A proposal suitable for all those who dream of distant travel, but do not have the experience and time necessary to organize such a trip well. For all those who feel much more comfortable in the assistance of someone who will guide, advise, help, organize, communicate, literally - cushion and let you enjoy the time and place, let you fully relax by taking over the responsibilities of organization.

WHAT IS THE PLAN IN A NUTSHELL?

The journey was divided into 3 contractual stages: 1. transit to/ towards the destination in Norway, 2 Destination - destination Norway from Nordkapp south along the coast to the King of the Fjords Geiranger, 3. transit from/ in the return direction to Poland.

Heading out on the afternoon of the 1st (by ferry from Gdansk to Sweden) towards North Cape Nordkapp in Norway. Stage 1 Transit will take us about 5 days, during which we have planned unique attractions in the transit countries. For stage 2, tourist-appropriate, 13 days of stationary-round trip according to the developed, original program as below, with organizational and logistic support in the places where the group is stationed (on request: organization of free time, organization of optional excursions, organization of local transportation, etc.). After a little over 2 weeks of extraordinary vacation Stage 3 and return in the time allotted for about 3 days, still quite a lot on the roads of Norway and Sweden to the port of Nynäshamn and then by overnight ferry to Poland. We are returning 21 of our trip in the noon hour.

WHAT IS THE FORMULA?

Participants arrive at the place of the contractual start of the event (the place indicated in the Road Book - Nynäshamn ferry landing in Sweden) at their own expense and organization.

The program of the expedition takes into account the needs of tourism and recreation - the passage of the designated route and the implementation of the points of the program will be held in an organized and group formula, for which the Organizers have provided a leading person (Pilot-Group Manager) in his own camping vehicle, remaining at the disposal of the Participants throughout the duration of the expedition and for 24/7. The details of the program will be presented to the participants of the expedition in the form of a so-called "tour". ROAD BOOK with plotted important GPS points and made available a few days before the trip.

The touring formula of caravanning expeditions involves implementation of all program points Within the stipulated timeframe, but without a detailed and tight schedule. Such a formula leaves a lot of freedom to the Participants of the trip, and to the Pilot responsible for the full implementation of the objectives, the possibility of adjusting the course of the program to the current conditions of the environment, including the needs of the Participants.

The tour program follows a proven pattern:

  • Day trip with the caravan led by the Pilot is carried out according to the time plan and between the places indicated in the Road Book which are the planned tourist attractions and places of planned overnight camping
  • The participants of the expedition may move outside the caravan, at their own pace and follow their own itinerary only between the places of planned camping (the places of overnight camping are the checkpoints for completing the group)
  • movement of the caravan led by the Pilot between overnight camping sites shall be carried out in accordance with the principle of providing Participants with 1-2 picnic stops during the day of travel with a total duration of up to 90 minutes, as well as stops provided for tourist sites, as planned in the Road Book
  • Arrival of the caravan led by the Pilot to the overnight camping site by 7:00 pm
  • camping/bivouacing in places planned up to a maximum of 3 days in the program of one expedition
  • leaving camping sites on the day of departure by 8:30 a.m.

The pilot-leader of the expedition is responsible for efficient organization in the group, leading the group along the designated route, subject and timely implementation of the stipulated program, communication and coordination, translation support at tourist sites. In the case of more than one group, they will move at their own pace with their own assigned pilot, and the consolidation of groups will take place in the designated places of organization of the common part (places of tourist attractions, camping places).

A stage intended primarily for transit (reaching the actual destination of the expedition as smoothly and quickly as possible).

We meet at the designated place and day near the Polferries PŻB ferry dock in Gdansk at around 4 p.m. At 6 p.m. the ferry that will take us to Nynäshamn in Sweden departs. We have before us 18 hours of sailing together and time to get to know each other, and then 3 days of traveling together by road to the place of the northernmost point of the Scandinavian Peninsula and the northernmost point of Europe - Cape Nordkapp. For those who on their own organization plan to reach Sweden and join near Nynäshamn, or further we will indicate the exact places and time of the contractual completion of the group.

Transit is associated with boredom and necessity, nevertheless our pilot, who knows the route very well, will lead us not only along boring country roads. An extremely interesting place to stop and camp will be the village of reindeer, sleds and Santa Claus - Santa Claus Village (Joulupukin Pajakylä) in Finland.

At this stage, a welcome dinner was planned, combined with an integration dinner for all participants of the expedition, the organization of which was included in the price and program of the expedition.
